On December 2nd, eight Pettisville Ag students, along with students from the Wauseon and Fayette FFA chapters, took a trip to Chicago. After arriving in Chicago, members went on a tour of the CME Group. Students had the chance to experience the opening bell, and saw both the agricultural and finance parts of the CME groups.

After the CME tour, members went to the Willis Tower (formerly the Sears Tower) and spent time at the 103rd floor viewing deck. After the Willis Tower, members enjoyed real Chicago pizza from Giordano’s Famous Deep Dish Pizza.

After lunch students went to the Science and Industry Museum and were able to walk around and see many of the displays. After the museum, the famous Navy Pier was visited where students had the opportunity to shop and have dinner. After a long day in Chicago, students headed back to Ohio.
